Students enrolled in the VET courses at Lockyer District State High School participate in the same enrolment and selection processes as other students at the School. Where numbers are limited for VET subjects, selection will be based on interview and/or on the order in which enrolments were received.
Lockyer District State High School will provide each student with information about the training, assessment and support services they will receive, and about their rights and obligations (through the VET student induction session) before enrolment on the Student Data Capture System (SDCS).
The Head of Department for VET and associated VET teachers will make all VET students familiar with the Lockyer District High School's VET Student Handbook.
